Cancellations and returns policy
Returns for a full refund or cancellations are not accepted. We gladly accept exchanges – however, please contact us if you have any issue with your order and we are going to assist you further.
If you wish to return an item (undamaged) please contact us with your order number via email at info@thomispapadimitriou.com within 3 days after the delivery date.
We kindly ask you to return your order within 7 days after the delivery date.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please keep in mind that custom or personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged.
Damaged Items
In case of an item arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 1 day. Please also send us photos of the whole item, photos that highlight the issue of the damage, photos of the packaging that the item arrived with.
Once we receive all this info we are going to investigate the issue with the shipping company and check how to proceed. This procedure might need one-two weeks in order to be completed and arrange a replacement.
Estimated shipping times
Greece: 3-5 business days
Europe: 3-6 business days
United States: 7-14 business days
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. You will receive the tracking info for your order once it is shipped and you will be able to check the progress of the delivery.
The shipping company within Greece is IDS. For Europe and the USA, the courier is UPS.
Production lead team
The production time that is needed for an item to be prepared might need 5-7 working days. Please see below the estimated time of arrival once an order is shipped depending on the destination.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
