1.1 The creation of a customer account can be done either during the purchase or before that by clicking on the word “my account”.
1.2 The passwords that are being used for your identification are two: code of entrance (e-mail or username) and your personal password of security (password) and every time that you insert them they can provide you access with total security of your personal data.
You have the right to change both your password and your e-mail as frequently as you want. The only one that has access to your data is you with the knowledge of the above codes and you are the only one responsible for keeping them secret and not revealing them to others in case of loss or leak of your passwords you should immediately contact us because the e-shop “Thomis Papadimitriou” is not responsible for the use of your passwords of non-authorized individuals.
1.3 If the customer wishes to continue with his registration he/she should insert his/her name, surname, date of birth, correct postal address of his current residence, mobile number, and his e-mail address. The address of a hotel or any other residence that someone spent their vacations or a postal box is not an acceptable address.
1.4 The customer is the only one responsible for the consequences of using the account until that account is disabled.
1.5 «Momart by Thomis Papadimitriou» has the right, without notice or compensation, to disable the customer’s account in case of non-compliance with the terms of the purchase, non-payment by the customer, or actions that are contrary to the interests of the company.
2.1 The customer can order online from the catalog.
2.2 By choosing “Add to cart”, the customer can place the products of his choice in a basket. For each product is required to select the color, size, and quantity of the order, depending on the item. At any time, the customer can see the contents of the basket and remove one or more product(s) of his/her choice.
2.3 By selecting “Order”, the client validates the basket and is asked to sign in to an account or create a customer’s account on the website Thomis Papadimitriou. Then the customer will be asked to choose the method of delivery. Delivery costs are charged to the customer.
2.4 By selecting “Payment”, the client accepts the terms of the purchase and confirms the payment. The client may leave the order until he confirms the payment. During the phase of confirmation of payment, the customer can choose between different payment methods offered by the company.
2.5 Once the payment is confirmed, the order is registered. When the customer makes the registration of the order, at the same time he/she accepts the price and the product description in the catalog. The customer receives an email informing him/her that the order has been registered.
3.1 The price of each product is indicated in Euros (EUR), Dollars (USD) including all taxes (value-added tax and any other charges that will be applied from the date of order), excluding shipping costs, which are added separately.
3.2 The seller reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time. In this case, the current charging conditions are those in force on the Site at the date of the customer’s order.
4.1 Each product is delivered to the address selected during the ordering process. You can change your address only by contacting us as soon as possible and only before an order is shipped.
4.2 Your orders are shipped within 5-7 working days, depending on the products’ availability. Most of our items are made on-demand. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public, bank, and national holidays. For the delivery time after shipping please read our shipping policy for more info.
5.1 – The customer has 1 day from the moment that he/she receives the product to notify the customer service department of damage.
Once we receive all this info we are going to investigate the issue with the shipping company and check how to proceed. This procedure might need one-two weeks in order to be completed and arrange a replacement.
5.2 Returns for a full refund or cancellations are not accepted. We gladly accept exchanges – however, please contact us if you have any issue with your order and we are going to assist you further.
If you wish to return an item (undamaged) please contact us with your order number via email at info@thomispapadimitriou.com within 3 days after the delivery date.
5.3 We kindly ask you to return your order within 7 days after the delivery date.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5.4 Please keep in mind that custom or personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged.

Sizes of items listed in descriptions are approximate and are measured as the overall width laying down flat. The actual size may vary as many of the products we sell are hand-made or hand-finished. Sizes may vary among different production lots of the same item. In some dying processes, fabrics may shrink or expand and it is difficult to exactly control the final size.
Colors
Due to variations of color settings and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, it is unavoidable that colors will appear differently for everyone. The colors in photos and named descriptors are subjective, approximate, and may vary. Color dyes within an item may vary due to different yarns or fabric contents. Colors may vary among different production lots of the same item. Different products with the same color name may not match in color.
